We had a lady contact us to say she'd had a new roof installed last year but her next door neighbours were getting water in their property. Upon inspection the roof had issues all over, whoever installed this clearly wasn't a roofer (or not a very good one)!
We usually say 'if a price seems too good to be true, ask yourself why' But on this occasion this lady paid a fair few thousand £'s and the rest, she had well and truly been scammed.
The entire roof had to come off to be replaced properly, with jobs like this you never know what's going on underneath the tiles, even the flashing kits had been screwed through. So what did we do to rectify this mess ...

* Correct bonding gutters installed
* Dry verge system installed correctly
* Replacement of flashing kits
* Correct leadwork to all chimney stacks
* Leadwork installed to the full neighbouring gable end
* Chimney stacks re-pointed and re-flaunched (where accessible)

The full roof was cleaned after works, and the rear downpipe connected once the scaffolding had been removed.
