From the moment we spoke to Justine we knew we were dealing with a company that cared about it's customers.
Justine listened to our problem and then carefully explained how Perfect Seal would sort it out for us, straight away she put our minds at rest.
Justine arranged for someone to visit our house the same day,and again, soon as we spoke to Richard you could tell that he was a genuine and very caring professional at his job.
He told us what he proposed to do and the time scale involved,we agreed to this.
Richard, true to his word contacted us when he said he would,and then shortly afterward arrived with 2 of his colleagues,and quickly and efficiently they completed the work.
We cannot praise the Perfect Seal experience enough,and would highly recommend anyone to use this company.

We contacted Perfect Seal Roofing after moving into our new home. We contacted Perfect Seal Roofing and the man that came to the house was honest and genuine. He explained what needed doing, explained why and answered my questions. He examined the inside of the roof well as looking at the outside (from the ground) and quoted for the work that needed to be done. The scaffolding went up quickly and a few days later the roofers came and carried out the work. Everyone we spoke to were friendly and were open and honest about what they were doing. They didn’t disturb the family, they just turned up and got to work. The scaffolding was left up for a few days after the work was completed, and when I asked why I was told it was because the work would be inspected before the invoice was sent. Once the work had been inspected the scaffolding was removed as quickly as it was put up. Again without disrupting the family. I would highly recommend perfect seal roofing.

We had an unexpected leak in our Medical Centre roof following a particularly heavy storm. Perfect seal came out to inspect very quickly and showed where the water was entering. I particularly liked the fact that they said the remainder of the roof was fine. When they came to do the work they did notice another small area that could potentially leak and repaired that within the original quote. Top job from these and it looks very neat now. Staff in reception said the tradesmen were very polite and friendly too.

Having had some roofing work completed by this company they were my first call for my next project. My wooden fascia's were looking tatty and regularly needed sanding and painting. Cory came and discussed what we wanted and I received the quote the same day. The team arrived when promised, completed in the timescale quoted and took away every last scrap of waste. Highly recommended and have already passed their details on to my neighbours who were impressed with the workmanship.

I advertised for the work to be done on this site and received a phone call the first thing the following morning. They came and did a quote that afternoon and carried out the work the following week on the agreed day. Turned up promptly, seemed to get on with the job quickly and expertly. There hasn't been heavy rain to test the workmanship fully but I am pleased with the work that was carried out. Responsive via phonecalls, text and email.

They came when they said, brought 2 men got straight on the roof got the done and were very pleasant.

Very fast call back from initial contact. Almost immediately visited to check the job, and came the next day as promised to replace a couple of roof tiles that were broken. Only took a few minutes to complete. Not sure if this has fixed the leak problem as yet but I will be calling again if further work is needed. I was advised to get this done first to see if solves and needs doing anyway and if not, we'll take the next step. Very good service and fair price.

The team were really friendly and got the job done. They even found and replaced a old cracked tile whilst they were doing the work.

We were let down by another company who kept putting off the job for months. Rang Cory and got the work booked in for the following week. Had 4 men on site on the stated day and work completed inside a week, despite poor weather conditions. Courteous and kept me informed. Very pleasant to deal with and have a long warranty. Would happily work with again!

Rapid but thorough work to replace my old roof as well as additional work that came up as the job went on. The guys I spoke to did a great job of communicating and kept me informed about when I could expect the work to be finished, and all for a good price. Would definitely recommend.

Removal of old felt garage roof and replaced with fibreglass roof. New wood provided and also added new guttering which we did not have previously. Really happy with the job that Perfect Seal did, garage roof is now watertight and looks much better than before. Really friendly group of lads that carried out the work and we were kept updated throughout. Really quick from measuring up for the initial quote to them starting the work also. Definitely recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate to contact again in the future.

Great comms from Cory and the lads were great and really friendly. Work done to a good standard and fully explained what was completed at the end of the job. Lads knocked out and replaced old pointing in brickwork above a bedroom window and across the roof apexes, just a described.

Absolutely brilliant!. Replaced all external pipework and guttering and I'm delighted with the work that's been done. 100% reliable, great communication and everything left cleared and tidy. I can't recommend them enough.

Had these lads in to fit me a sky light in my kitchen roof and reseal the rooftop. All the work was completed quickly with little mess and to a very high standard. Cory and his team were brilliant from the moment I contacted them about my leaking roof above my bay window. He was quick to respond, clear in what needed doing and then what it would cost - which is something I really value in a tradesman. We quickly arranged a time for them to come and do the work, and they turned up exactly when they said and just got on with the job. No drama, it was done quickly but very well and for a good price - can't ask for more than that. Highly recommend.

Corey and his staff were very professional and did an excellent job with my roof and porch. Replaced the ridge tiles with dry ridge, fascia board on gable ends, reseal porch and tidy up facings. Many thanks to him and his team.

We had various quotations for a new roof, but after seeing a neighbours new roof which had been done by Perfect Seal Roofing, ourselves and adjoining neighbour decided to use the company. The team of workmen were great, pleasant young men who arrived by 8am every morning and didn't leave until after 4pm. They worked very hard and updated us each day on the progress. There was a slight delay in starting the roof due to bad weather, but we were informed about the delay and received apologies for the late start. The price of the roof was very reasonable, and extras, such as pointing the chimney was not overcharged. We and our neighbour are very happy with the new roof and would certainly recommend Perfect Seal Roofing.

Was struggling to find someone at short notice to come and put some new soffits, fascia and guttering on my new single storey extension. The guys were great from the start, the price was competitive without compromising on quality or finish. Friendly, professional and clean and tidy. Cory and team did a fantastic job in changing over gutters at my house. Was not an easy job due to the nature of the house and joining gutters with my neighbour. But Cory was understanding and listened to how I wanted the work doing. The team was fantastic and did a great job. The job was to fibreglass a flat roof incorporating 120cm of insulation. At the beginning there was a need to slightly alter the original specification. The team carried out the work each day building up the fibreglass layer with best quality materials. We chose this firm because they have experience working on big industrial projects and the main guy 'Cory' was enthusiastic, wanting to maintain standards and safety. They were very well mannered and kept the place tidy. Overall a good job done over a week. It needs to be tested with the worst of the weather but I don't anticipate problems.

Very pleased, with the professional work they have done. The guys went out of their way to ensure all problems were rectified. Left the area clean and taken all rubbish with them. I would recommend this company to anyone.

High external work on the roof, scaffolding needed. Prompt quote and started the job on the day stated. Work carried out in 1 day. They ensured work was watertight before removing scaffolding. Price was as agreed; no hidden charges. Very pleased.

Phoned last Thursday. Sent someone out that day to assess. Scaffolder came out Friday to see what needed. Scaffolding erected Saturday. Job done today!

Work was completed in one day and to a very high standard. The Roofers were obviously experienced and carried out the works with minimal disruption to myself and neighbouring houses. They left the work area clean and tidy and removed any rubbish leaving me with nothing to dispose of myself. Highly recommended and great value for money.

Got the lads to waterproof the new bespoke gutters and soakers. Being a refurb of a Grade ll listed building it was important to be neat and tidy which the lads did very well. Look forward to using Perfectseal again.

Perfectseal roofing were quick to reply to my message and quick to get a quote back to me. It took the boys two days to take off my old felt roof and replace with a new pitched tiled one. They were polite and very helpful working around the times that were convenient for me.

It was my mums garage roof been leaking a couple of years, we agreed on a fibreglass roof system which had stopped the leaks and looks really good.
