* Full removal of the existing build up back to original concrete deck
* New rainwater outlets installed and sumps formed
* VCL with140mm insulation and carrier membrane installed
* Polyroof Protec system applied in chromite grey
We also removed 3 courses of tiles from the valley sides, installed a new timber layboard with VCL, new vents and eaves guards, and tiled back with new where previously removed.
