Full roof replacement works complete at Brookfield Community School in Chesterfield, the school chose to have the roof replaced in 4 separate phases to avoid any disruption.

All works have been complete during the school holidays, we're just awaiting on the schools instruction now to plan for phase 2.

* New insulation, breathable membrane, and treated tile batten installed

* Tiled in new flat concrete tiles

* New dry ridge and dry verge systems installed

* New UPVC soffits, fascia, deep flow guttering and downpipes installed

* New leadwork installed to valleys
