The previous roofing company had very poorly installed a pitched (practically flat) tiled roof.
With various leak's coming in to the property, the company's repair was to seal the tiles with clear silicone, which also failed (surprise surprise).
We completely removed the existing roof, installed new timber boards and applied a GRP liquid roofing system to create a seamless finish.
